Let me give a little background on me and where I was in life that lead me to trying Keto OS for the first time.

I was medically retired from the Army after 17 ½ year in Oct. 2011 due to combat injuries received in Afghanistan. After my retirement, heck before my retirement I had issues with my mood, headaches, pain, concentration, and weight gain.
